At Hydrojug, we prepare and fulfill your orders within 2-3 business days. During major sales events or new product launches, processing may take longer—up to 5-10 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that actual delivery times can vary based on your location and carrier conditions beyond our control. We primarily utilize USPS and UPS for shipment.

Hydrojug ships orders exclusively within the United States. If you are shopping from outside the US, please be sure you are on the correct regional website.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available for all domestic orders over $54.99.
For orders below this amount, a flat rate shipping fee is applied, which is calculated and displayed at checkout.
We never add hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress online.

Important Shipping Notes

Returned Orders Due to Address Issues: If your order is returned because of an insufficient or incorrect address, Hydrojug will refund the order amount minus the original shipping cost.
